2-day Foundations-level certificate program

What is evidence? What kind and quantity do we need? What can research do to tell us if our interventions are working? This two-day program will offer participants the methodological skills necessary to answer these questions and more. We will examine the range of techniques available to modern social scientific research, and we will use these insights to critically evaluate a number of real-world case studies.

The emphasis of this course will be on direct, actionable skills of analysis. At its conclusion, participants will be better equipped to assess the quality of evidence their organizations gather and to design innovative new studies that will improve their organizations' capacity for impact.

Due to the highly interactive nature of this program, attendance will be limited to twelve participants.
